The Elmbridge Museum team of staff and volunteers recently completed another successful week of photographing Museum artefacts. The project took place at Luxfords of Weybridge, in the Brooklands Business Park, where some of the Museum’s 40,000 objects are stored.
The theme for the photo project was framed pictures; involving Museum volunteers, for four weeks, stabilising frames and cleaning the picture glass.
The photographer, Andy Johnson, took over 1,000 digital images that will start appearing on the Museum’s website shortly.
Each year the Museum undertakes a photo project through Art UK to continue to bring more of the Museum’s collections to the public view. These latest images will be available on the Museum’s website Collections page.
